Who am i ?
I am a QA Analyst, currently looking for a new job opportunity. I wish to offer my services to a video game studio, as i have now 2 years of experience in this field.
To this day, I have one major experience as a QA Analyst: from May 2021 to October 2022, I worked at Ubisoft Paris Studio on Mario+Rabbids Sparks of Hope. It allowed me to understand the methodology to use when working on a AAA game as a QA, (working closely with QC testers, reaching designers and programmers to get informations on particular features, testing custom builds, investigating bugs for Nintendo, etc.) and to improve my way to communicate and work within a team.
I also have the experience from multiple internships, one as a QA tester at Gumi Europe on the mobile game Brave Frontier RPG, and another one as a game designer at Manzalab. These experience allowed me to work on different kind of projects (AAA game, mobile game, serious games) with different kind of teams and people. Both of these experiences taught me a lot about the workflow used for different types of projects.
I'm passionate about video games and about game and level design, as I continue to learn more about it everyday. I watch conferences, read design books, and i try to work on my own small projects in order to progress, to experiment my own ideas, and to keep practicing on game development.

Work experiences
- Ubisoft Paris Studio: May 2021 - October 2022, as a QA Analyst on Mario+Rabbids: Sparks of Hope
As a QA Analyst on Mario+Rabbids: Sparks of Hope, my daily job was to follow and track bugs reported by the QC on several topics I followed. I had to assess the priority of the bugs, and to communicate with developers to understand what bugs should be high priority. I participated in daily meetings with the teams working on these topics.
My daily tasks included:
- Reporting bugs on Jira and checking their fixes to definitely close them
- Monitor bugs related to topics I followed, reassess their priority if needed (depending of bug severity and probability)
- Communicating with developers to get ETA for fixes on bugs in progress/waiting for
- Informing QC Testers on features to test, preparing test plans
- Pushing for high priority issues by contacting developers in order to have stable builds that can be tested
- Investigating on important bugs found by other peoples (developers, Nintendo's testers who helped us).

- Manzalab : February 2020 - July 2020 as a Game designer assistant
To finish my master's degree, I have been an intern at Manzalab, as a Game designer assistant. Manzalab is a company working on serious games and applications (on VR, Web, and Mobile) for different customers. I have worked on the game design and UX design of applications and mini games that incorporate pedagogical values. These are mainly developped for companies who need training applications.
I helped to design functionalities for the company’s applications and serious games by creating different kinds of documents that could help customers to understand what their applications will look like. I especially worked on wireframes with Adobe XD, in order to help defining functionalities and applications’ interfaces. I also worked on user experience and users’ needs by creating user stories. Finally, I also helped on integration in Unity for an application in particular.

- Gumi Europe : January 2018 - July 2018 as a QA tester
During six months, i have been QA tester at Gumi Europe and I worked on mobile game Brave Frontier RPG. It allowed me to have a first experience in the video game sector and to understand the organization around a video game regularly updated. During this internship, i had to work with Redmine and Google Drive most of the time, in order to report bugs to developers and designers. The main interest of the internship, is that Brave Frontier RPG was a mobile game with weekly updates, so it's not like testing a classic AAA game on PC or console. Moreover, Brave Frontier was a well known gacha game on mobile.

Other skills: game design, level design, and development
With my formations, I have the experience of multiple student and personal projects on which I have worked as a game designer. These projects taught me how to work with different types of peoples and on different types of projects (video games, board games, mobile games, game jam games, etc.). I also learnt how to communicate with my team as a game designer (with creative briefs, flowcharts, wireframes, mock-ups), how to pitch projects, and how to listen to other people’s ideas and suggestions.

During my years as a student, I had to design levels for my student projects. I also learnt the rational conception process methods in order to create consistent levels. It allowed me to understand how to create level design patterns with the good game ingredients, and how to use these patterns in a game’s level to translate creative intentions. Here are some of my early works on level designs.
During my free time, I also train myself to do some 3D level building on Unreal Engine 4. This give me the opportunity to understand how to visually compose a scene, and to learn how to work with a 3D engine. Here are some screenshots of my first creation.
I am also able to develop my own games and prototypes with the help of Unity. I understand it enough to use it as a game designer (to balance and finetune mechanics, integrate and modify prefabs, create a level in 2D or 3D). I continue to learn about development on Unity by participating to game jams in which I try to develop small prototypes, and also by working on bigger personal projects.
